Two beautiful hikes are on tap for you, if you want to take a walk in the woods. The first, Deer Leap, is about a 30-45 minute one-way hike with sweeping views of Pico Mountain, Chittenden Reservoir and some of Killington Resort when you reach the top. The hike takes about an hour, longer if you decide to linger at the top to soak in the views. The second hike is more of a flat with slight incline walk to Thundering Brook Falls in Killington. Most of the trail is a boardwalk, suitable for those on wheels or who need secure footing, with the last part of the walk to the falls on hardpack dirt with a slight incline.
